A learning walk will offer deeper insights into the cohort, followed by a progress review four weeks later. You will have my full support every step of the way - let's work together to maximise your students' potential and achieve success! What does it look like: The programme includes an on-site visit where I will work closely with the lead teacher or Head of Department. Together, we will analyse up-to-date student data, focusing on mock exams and prior assessments, to identify the weakest skills and key areas for improvement. Following the data analysis, I will conduct a lesson learning walk to gain a better understanding of the cohort’s needs. From this, we will collaboratively develop a realistic, high-impact action plan, with a focus on two key strategies per skills identified tailored for immediate, positive outcomes. Four weeks after the in-person visit, there will be an online follow-up meeting to assess progress. Additionally, you will have ongoing access to me via email for support throughout the implementation process. This targeted coaching programme is designed for maximum impact, ensuring tangible improvements in student outcomes. Once received, an confirmation email will be sent conditionally confirming the date. An invoice will then be sent soon after. The total cost is: £155 + travel expenses.
