About the Session
Targeted In-Person Coaching for Maximising Students GCSE Outcomes
Description: This hands-on coaching programme is designed to improve student outcomes in GCSE Modern Languages through direct, in-person support.
What does it look like:
The programme includes an on-site visit where I will work closely with the lead teacher or Head of Department. Together, we will analyse up-to-date student data, focusing on mock exams and prior assessments, to identify the weakest skills and key areas for improvement.
Following the data analysis, I will conduct a lesson learning walk to gain a better understanding of the cohort’s needs. From this, we will collaboratively develop a realistic, high-impact action plan, with a focus on two key strategies per skills identified tailored for immediate, positive outcomes.
Four weeks after the in-person visit, there will be an online follow-up meeting to assess progress. Additionally, you will have ongoing access to me via email for support throughout the implementation process. This targeted coaching programme is designed for maximum impact, ensuring tangible improvements in student outcomes.
Once received, an confirmation email will be sent conditionally confirming the date. An invoice will then be sent soon after.
The total cost is: £155 + travel expenses.

     What others are saying …
"We've seen fantastic results the best ever - two Grade 9s, two Grade 8s and a few 7s - some remarkable success stories thanks to the new strategies and interventions. Our SPI and residual scores are positive, and the Fischer data shows our EBacc scores are also firmly in the green! Amazing!!!" Sarah, the Lead teacher, Spanish
"A huge thank you! As Head of Department, I can’t express enough how positive it was to work with you. I thoroughly enjoyed our collaboration, and my Principal was highly appreciative of the effort we both put in and pleased with the cohort's results." Chris, HOD
